There're currently 2 options for delivery schedule
1) Splendideals will choose the earliest schedule for you ( Usually between 1 to 3 working days)
2) You will select your delivery slot from the 3rd day onwards to a week
Can I choose the schedule for delivery?
Yes, you can! Delivery is available on Monday to Saturday on the below timings and customers are allowed to choose the date from the 3rd day of order to within a week for their delivery upon checkout.
Timings for Delivery are from 9.00am to 9.00pm
**Pls note that selected timings might not be exact subject to traffic conditions or weather conditions
Customers can also opt for our selection of the earliest slot available for delivery.
Are there any areas that you do not deliver?
We do not deliver to restricted areas as mandate in the government list of restricted areas, and we do not deliver to PO boxes.
How much is the delivery charges?
We charge a flat rate of S$4.99 per delivery for orders below S$29.00. Free delivery is available for orders of S$29.00 and above
Are there any delivery charges for delivery to CBD areas or restricted areas?
There's no additional charges for delivery to CBD. But for some restricted areas, customers may have to pick up their orders from the gantry or gates should our delivery guy faces problems in entering the restricted areas. We do not deliver to PO boxes
What happens if my order is above S$29 but after using Splendid points, falls below S$29, will I still be entitled to free delivery?
Yes, you are still entitled for free delivery. If the order exceeds S$29 but after offsetting the Splendid points falls below S$29, free delivery still applies.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my orders?
Change of delivery address is not allowed after order is placed. Before checking out, you'll need to reconfirm your delivery address and contact information. In event that you need temporary changes to delivery address, pls inform us via the comments box before checking out.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is currently not available.
